Human Resource Groups

Human Resource Groups provides a way of grouping human resources in a meaningful way to your business. For example, if you want to group between employees and non-employees, subcontractors, etc. You can create as many Human Resource groups as you require, but keep in mind that a person can only belong to one group at a time.

Module: Payroll

Activation: Main > Payroll > Setup > Human resource groups

Special actions available for users with Administrator permissions:

  • Change the User ID of the Entered by field of memos.
  • Edit memos entered by other users.

  • None

Reference: list, read-only

This is the list of current human resource groups.

Reference: text(30), mandatory, FlexiCode

This is the name of the human resource group. The group name cannot be longer than 30 characters. Group names are FlexiCodes and can be modified after creation, you just need to click edit and update.
